Good to learn new things but not for long stay.

The good thingsGood exposure to real-life working experience. Great opportunity to learn many things.

The challengesNo proper training provided, having to perform jobs that are out of job scopes. Boss reluctant to provide training and define success by only the number of sales acquired.
