    Best work place to learn a lot but the work load too much compared to benefit received
    The good thingsHigh support from other team members, learn a lot in term of inter-department, hard working subordinates, friendly work place, multi technologies are exposed, top management fully support on process enhancement, good for those who love to improve the process
    The challengesAdd benefits to executive levels, provide sufficient input for team member to do improvement, reevaluate no. of allowance which still the same for the past 20 years, re-initiate extra activities for workers such as annual dinner, loyalty awards, etc.
