    Become a senior staffnurse
The good thingsI was joined this hospital on 2012,six month after they launched. As a mother for three kids, I try to balance between my job as a nurse and my life as mother.Being a senior staff nurse ,I need to guide new staff which some of them was just graduated from nursing school.Guide them for every procedure example :venipuncture, assisting doctor doing plueral tapping. Each of us are very co operative.
The challengesAs a new hospital, there is a lot of things need to improve. No bonus for every year due to hospital loss,no profit. Superior who are not able to make decision, make staff feel frustrated. Work overload,no opportunities to join any seminar.Lack in nurses education
