The good thingsMy experience at the company has been truly enriching and filled with positive aspects that have contributed to my personal and professional growth. From day one, I was welcomed into a vibrant and supportive team that fostered a sense of collaboration and camaraderie. The work environment exudes an atmosphere of innovation and creativity, where my ideas were not only acknowledged but also encouraged. One of the standout features of my time with the company was the emphasis on continuous learning.
The challengesWhile my time at the company has been overwhelmingly positive, there have been a few challenges that have surfaced along the way. One aspect worth mentioning is the rapid pace at which the industry evolves, which can sometimes lead to a demanding workload. Keeping up with the dynamic nature of the field requires adaptability and quick thinking, which can occasionally pose challenges in managing priorities effectively. Additionally, as the company encourages creativity and innovation, there might be instances where multiple ideas are being pursued simultaneously. This can lead to a need for effective communication and alignment among team members to ensure that efforts are coordinated and resources are utilized efficiently.

    Good environment, Friendly Colleagues
The good thingsMy boss doesn't interfere with my work very much. If it is a problem that I cannot solve, the boss will assist me. I get along well with my colleagues, and we cooperate with each other to complete the work together.
The challengesThe production of customized solar panels is a relatively new industry in Malaysia. Many documents are different from other industries. We need to explore more in our work.
