    The challengesSalary low, no increment almost 2 years, no bonus. Top management very very poor. HR payroll no respect to employee, annoying, always hold salary employee and very lazy!!

    The good thingsTrustworthy educational proactive, change of corrective action and improvement, learning opportunities, skills technical provided from each respective department and individual. Friendly, passionate to teach and share ideas. Wrong information flow in the air from time to time cause wrong instruction and confuse management toward down line.
    The challengesMoulding injection is quite conventional technology. Unlike Auto injection today which already able fulfill zero defect requirement in Automotive industry. Either cosmetic level or dimension level, which process to process from sub suppliers to internal productions till delivery to customer was incompetence in the market.

    good experience for fresh grad
    The good thingsMany things can learn here, from the fully automated machine, to PLC and others. Engineer very supported, and team work is very great between partner. Environment is cold, need to wear sweater. canteen is provided.
    The challengesTechnician will respect engineer when they have knowledge about the machine. Engineer with no hands on skill will be transferred which ever machine that the boss preferred. Quite tough for girl to be tech here, because involving maintenance and repairing machine. Operator very lazy.
