    The good thingsyou've learn about SPC. Trainings and KIs is good. Bright ideas had tokens to boost your self esteem and develop your career growth and personality. You've been recognized by your effort, likewise as well as your team efforts.
    The challengesTo hit your target. As part of the team in Engineering Department and Maintenance, we had to set our goals each quarter's to make our OEE improvement as well as our Yield issues must be achieved. The challenge is how to do it? That's the team effort is needed.
