    The good things1. You will learn independently, and nobody will assist you. 2. Creative, do not have a procedure you have to create your own guidelines.
    The challengesThere was not a proper job scope for staff. And keep changing the scope without formal email or notice informing the staff.

    Great company in all aspects
    The good thingsOpportunities for growth, high-end project, understanding and tolerance management. Sunray is one of the construction company that provide a friendly, great and transparent environment.
    The challengesAs a lot of project in the same time and fast track project. Sometime need to at site over the working hour. This is rarely happened due to supporting & guidance from top management to make sure that staff no need stay after working hour.

    The good thingsEveryone there was so gorgeous cheerful & you never get bored on the working environment.
    The challengesNeed more consciously to overall project timeline & contractually imbalance within assigned projects, which is required more skill to manage overall. Higher management lack of oversee / review employees statuses.

    The good thingsMany projects, many opportunities to learn
    The challengesDidn't have proper SOPs & authority guideline. Have politics, have a lot operations issue, hard to perform duties as the issues are beyond my job scope but it affect my job. No more personal life, always request staff to work OT even on weekend and PHs. Slow response from management.
