    Sunrider is Great Organization
    The good thingsSunrider Malaysia is the best company I've ever worked for. The local management has done a great job of training and taking good care of the welfare of all their employees. The senior leadership cares about you and your well-being. I was transferred from other departments to my current department a few years ago. Despite being new to my new JD, I was given adequate support to adapt to my new role by our senior management, and they are very supportive of my career development. Some of the key highlights of working here include: Pros: 1. Very good work-life balance; friendly and helpful co-workers 2. A supportive superior and very understanding and helpful local senior management 3. Above-average medical insurance benefits 4. An excellent product allowance for all employees. 5. Fun team-building activities, outings, and an annual trip 6. 13th-month salary, yearly increment, and performance bonus 7. A spacious and nice office, a very good working environment, free parking for all staff, and guarded with 24-hour security 8. A good place to build and develop your career Cons: None

    The challengesDuring my time, the senior management is too strict and not marketing savvy, orthodox and the HR person, not people friendly and arrogant. Have been hearing great things about the company about a new PIC who joined them recently and who is charismatic, humble, good people skills and take great interest in the welfare of their employees.

    The good thingsgood environmental with good working hours and the pay is quite nice. all the bosses are very good and kind. they will keep updating about the sales and advice a very good things to us as her employee.
    The challengesthere's is no customer, i mean not much. that's the challenges. Need to be more patient and strive for more sales! competitive and need to have more idea which is to get a better sales. sometime all the bosses quite push.
