    The good thingsDuring the slowdown of economy, Sunshine helping in distributing cash vouchers to enable us to claim for whatsoever we need in any Sunshine's outlet. Besides, we do have staff purchase for additional discount at departmental stores on selected items. As we have to take part in many events, we are always having the priority to purchase good stuffs before the promotion opens to the public.
    The challengesCooperations are difficult in the big organization as there are lots of power crazy people who always try to make things difficult. During festive seasons, all employees are required to give their helping hands to the operations team which we might have no off day for 3 weeks. These is because the organization having lack of manpower and the recruitment is always slower then the resignation.

    The good thingsThe Staff there are quite co-operative but the outlet in Sunshine Square are too congested without proper unloading bays and equipments where delays are a daily dilemma. Staff turnover are too great where frequent changes of employee will affect the entire growth and no potential growth. Therefore, overall needs a revamp for further enhance of future business.
    The challengesThere are too much red tape and time on decision making where every minor approval has to sigh higher management approval. Their online sale has to be changed with much better delivery timing instead of 48 hours or later.
