    Balance work life and flexi hours as well
    The good thingsSeriously my boss and colleges all very helpful and willing to teach one by one. Suitable for beginner as can learn a lot of things.
    The challengesSystem migration made the closing harder but still manageable with the guide from boss and team members.

    The good things1) New office set up with conducive environment. 2) Good remuneration especially EPF contribution. 3) Free flow beverages that you can enjoy anytime. 4) Good care from HR team. 5) Public Holiday falls during weekend will be replace immediate on the next Monday
    The challenges1) Incomplete system build up and still very manual in managing cross department involvement task i.e PO Creation and approval process 2) Cross functional is not so friendly and no 'family warmth' can be expect 3) Unnecessary work load with umpteen rounds of reviewing one plan/campaign idea 4) Too many overlapping meeting with most meeting having 80% same of agenda 5) Harsh feedback or comments received from the top management causing anxiety 6) Indecisive management direction 7) Trust issue hence micro-managing boss

    The good things1) Able to induce the knowledge of managing key account. 2) Better in depth knowledge on managing trade fund. 3) Knowledge on key planning and people management.
