    The good things- Family-friendly culture and benefits - Choice of flexi work-hours - Our salaries were not cut during the pandemic even when the revenue of the company was badly affected - You are pushed to do more and exceed beyond what you think you are capable of
    The challenges- The company is medium-sized, so inevitably, you will have to shoulder more than just your traditional job scope. If you take it as a platform to learn, you will fly. - The boss is hands-on, and living up to his expectations will either push you to challenge your boundaries and capabilities, or it will make your crumble. Always on your toes.

    Great place for growth and learning
    The good thingsOpprtunity to lead projects and exposure to different departments. The company also allows controlled flexi-hours, where there are a few options of working times available. Bonus and increments are slightly above industry-average and staff welfare is very well taken care of.
    The challengesThe company has approximately 30 staff, although the projects are big. This means, there is a lot of multi-tasking involved. This also means there are less hierarchy and opportunity to move up the ladders is better than in bigger companies.
