    The challengesneed to be independent, superior expect you to be quick and fast learner to solve any problem and obstacle during project. need to learn process yourself without guidance. no mileage claim for project in klang valley even more than 50km one way. project is quite slow. subcon chosen sometimes doesnt listen to you since they have connection with CEO/COO.
