    Working Place with Great Career Advancement
    The good thingsSunward is an excellent place to work as it provides many learning opportunities to their employees. I came in as a fresh graduate and Sunward gave me the opportunities to shape and polish my knowledges and skills, which made me who I am today. Besides, every departments in Sunward are knowledgeable in their own field. The bonding between employees are excellent, regardless of inter- or intra-department. There are no politics between all level of management.
    The challengesSunward is a fast paced environment where all the employees must be able to act fast and perform multiple tasks at the same time. Therefore, in order to compensate the stress level in the company, Sunward provides extra benefits to the employees such as company trip, bonus, longer duration of holidays during festive season and etc.

    I'm working in Sunward from year 2011, I've received knowledge and experience from this medical line but no any next level position, still remain as Clerk since almost 12 years working here. Position is not only education level but have to consider from working experience too. Thanks
