    The good thingsSunway provide good staff benefit. e.g. increment, bonus, staff benefit, allowances, staff training. Although with a lot of workload and stress (especially from rich parents), but lecturers are able to specialise and focus to one subject and this will lead to efficiency and improve teaching skills in long term.
