    Not suitable for long term growth
    The good thingsThe annual leave is 30 days for an academician.
    The challenges1. The increment is low. 2. No room for career growth at all. The old-timers have been in the top position for years. 3. Mostly things are micromanaged. Making the staff feel demotivated. 4. The salary is low and the workload is a lot. 5. The program coordinators/head of school tend to take advantage as they are close to top management. "Politics"

    Been here for 6 years an awesome journey for a short span of time
    The good thingsThe co-workers are friendly, corporative and it is like a family there.
    The challengesNo room for career growth, and too much of office politics at workplace. Despite knowing there are issues, it is being swept under the carpet rather than resolving the issue. In long run, employees gets demotivated to work. Salary increment is very low.

    The good thingsBeing a lecture in any educational institution definitely has its perks and corks. Along with all of these are the opportunity to help the youth in creating a path for themselves in the creative and entrepreneur industry. Dedication and patience play an important part in delivering excellence through the shoes of an educator.
    The challengesPlan and prepare courses and lessons Teach, according to college educational needs, the groups assigned to, including the setting and marking of work Inspect all student portfolios regularly and insist they are kept in good order Ensure that a visual record of students’ work is maintained each year either through film or photograph Assist student in the computer aided work using Adobe Creative Suites
