    Polished exterior : flawed interior
    The good thingsoverall Sunway Group benefits are really good, including group medical, opportunity to learn.
    The challengesMicromanage, safety washing, greenwashing, progress over everything, favoritism-driven management, hostile work environment. Politics play a big role too internally, which driven some of the good people out.

    The challengesNot all the superior are good superior. You will work so hard but they wont consider. Effort is more important. Handwork never fails. Not all the project will be flexible and peaceful to work. Its a good company with alot or challenges

    The good thingsFriendly environment with challenging task given every day.Works given was not being pressured and people are ready to teach with solutions. Moreover construction line was new with different kind of people and surroundings.
    The challengesWorked in a cabin which was so dusty every minute as staff and employers comes from the site straight to the office using their safety boots even though the cleaners comes cleans everyday. Task given was so complicate because the building was being built was into the final stage with all the finishes only left to be gathered .
