    A good place to learn because you’re not limited to your section, but not ideal for the long term.
    The good thingsMany activities for staff and plenty of side allowances and bonuses. Long rest hours and easy access to food because it is in a shopping mall.
    The challengesThe salary is lower compared to other companies. The staff activities are fun, but there are just too many of them until it gets boring. Too much time is wasted on endless meetings!. The office politics here are on another level.

    The good thingsSufficient facilities for working. Frequently held workshops and meetings for training and briefing purposes really helps to sharpen staff skills and increases work quality.

    The good thingsEveryone is supportive, rarely we see seniority since we always work in a team. Can also opt for off day replacement if doing OT on the weekends.
    The challengesMonthly Sales KPI extremely hard to hit during this economic times. Hope everything will be fine in the furure.

    The challengesHR need new employees to provide them everything even thought EPF number they can extract from iKWSP and offer letter is not clear with details.
