    A great startup company to work in
    The good thingsThe company has great working environment. Opportunities to learn and upskill yourself is in abundance. There's a great sense of teamwork and trust where the managers would avoid micromanaging you but would offer help when asked for.
    The challengesBeing a startup, there are more frequent changes in management and processes so there's a lot to keep up with. There's more trial and error efforts as well to find suitable standards to implement.

    An amazing experience!
    The good thingsAmazing culture. Good people. Steep learning curve. Very fast paced. It is a growing tech business and there are so many opportunities to learn and develop. Plus, the people there actually do care about you. From the Co-Founders to the junior executives, all are pretty unique in their own way. They do the incredible with the little they have. My team has been a supportive and dynamic department. It is something worthwhile to consider!
    The challenges1. You won't have everything there. You have to make do with what you have. 2. Work smart and hard. The people are not slackers and you have to commit fully to achieve and grow. 3. It has a strong company culture. Attitude and mindset is important.

    Amazing working culture.
    The good thingsFlexible working culture and the fact that everyone is really passionate about what they are doing is just motivating. Great tech startup environment where people share knowledge with each other.
    The challengesDoesn't always have the best employee benefits n perks, but it's not too bad.

    The good thingsPositive and up-beat culture. Top management is closely involved with the rest of employees and encourage them to challenge themselves and try new things. There's a constant search for ways to improve work productivity and harmony among colleagues.
    The challengesThe work can become boring and repetitive at times especially if you work in the Operation side if the company but it's nothing to be complaining about. You are expected to perform. there's no room for slackers
