The challengesI worked at one of the busy outlet ,the most challenging is communication, fast improvement , customer saticsfaction is our priority , every 3 or 4 month change section to learn other cooking method discover more japanese cruisine method , and need to key in our kitchen paperwork like :ordering,japanese ordering,gas pipe daily checking,daily purchase,monthly purchase,stock check for every month and working schedule
