    The challengesNo work life balance. Be prepared to receive call after work or during weekend. Micromanage, no team work, blaming each other when something happened. message is not passing down but management expected you already knew everything.

    The good thingsSo far only staff purchase per month as the one and only benefit, don't expect too much. The colleagues here are helpful, they are willing to teach you even you as a newbie in the industry.
    The challengesPoor management, be prepare if you are willing to accept a high pressure challenge, you can expect to get a call during midnight. Most of the time, the things wouldn't make you frustrate but the management will. Overall, suck.
