Small company with a quality employees!The good thingsI’ve learnt a lot while working here. The knowledge that I got is expensive to get elsewhere. We get through the ups and downs together. The support system from every single one including all the Directors are the best! Also one of the best thing that it’s hard to find in every companies is the routine activity that we have every week like the Friday’s celebration where everyone is talking about their achievement, improvement, acknowledgment, etc. Besides that we seldom do exercise and yoga session, also game session and movie night! Not just that, the working time is flexible too!
The challengesI enjoy all the time while I’m here until now. But of course every company would have it’s challenges. And working at Superdough, everytime there’s a challenges we will discuss it together as a team and solve it together with the best outcomes. Now that’s a teamwork!
