Small company with a quality employees!
The good thingsI’ve learnt a lot while working here. The knowledge that I got is expensive to get elsewhere. We get through the ups and downs together. The support system from every single one including all the Directors are the best! Also one of the best thing that it’s hard to find in every companies is the routine activity that we have every week like the Friday’s celebration where everyone is talking about their achievement, improvement, acknowledgment, etc. Besides that we seldom do exercise and yoga session, also game session and movie night! Not just that, the working time is flexible too!
The challengesI enjoy all the time while I’m here until now. But of course every company would have it’s challenges. And working at Superdough, everytime there’s a challenges we will discuss it together as a team and solve it together with the best outcomes. Now that’s a teamwork!

    Fun and creative company
The good thingsThe working place is fun and there are many creative people around. Working culture is good as they provide many opportunities for staff to grow as long as you have the skillset and willing to learn. No issue with work-life balance as the management has a good culture in making sure staff go back on time. Friendly colleagues and good management.
The challengesYou need to be talented and are willing to learn if you want to move up. Management does not tolerate dishonest staff and has a strict policy on the latecomer. However, they pay well and no OT is needed most of the time

You will meet a lot of people with different attitude and mentality.
The good thingsThe staff at breakout are super sporting and fun to work with. The management are just so-so. But the thrill and experience plus excitement you gain from there is hard to leave behind. In short, you wouldn't be disappointed working there. Like in other companies, you respect one another, and they will respect you back.
The challengesIt's tough for a moment but when you get used to it, it will be like everything you learn and know, is at the back of your hands.
