1 to 2 years in the role, current employee
    Great room for advancement
The good thingsCan independently carry out tasks. Good timing as in not necessary to stay back late. Good benefits such as overseas company trip, teambuilding sessions and company outing.
The challengesMust be self motivated and have ability to catch on work matters on own. Not much guidance is given as employee is left relying on job experience and previous work knowledge.
