The company you should avoid joining
The good thingsSalary higher than market price
The challengesThis company has the worst Management and working culture. If you are looking to join the glove industry, Supermax is last company you should consider. No room for employee improvement and development. Management will not listen to what you said because you will be seen as Acting Smart. No chance for promotion because this company is famous for its Old Folks Home working culture. Opportunities are only given to those staffs who works for the company for many years. And even so, management does not seek ways to improve working culture as they afraid those old staffs will leave.

    no chance.
The good thingsgain knowledge about glove
The challengesLeast prefer thing about Supermax is the management problem. They always being selective and opportunities not given according to those talent staffs. No chances at all given to some old staffs go to oversea exhibition unless those old veterans have left from the company.

    Short term is fine
The good thingsKnow a bunch of good colleagues.
The challengesChallenges in this company are mitigated by the Management’s willingness to hear, review and accept all good suggestions from all walks of staff. They will never want to hear what those staffs say any good suggestions. Besides, they are very scared and pampered those old long service staffs who is really have attitude problem. They have never groomed them and leave them to continue be an attitude problem staffs!

Good Salary Package but No future to Stay here
The good thingsGood salary and increment Old technology, easy to learn, dont need much knowledge.
The challengesFor fresh-graduate, you learn nothing here For experienced, you will be dumb here as management always push you down with their poor knowledge For those who initiative and proactive, believe, topglove, kossan, hartalega, smart glove far better than here. Poor benefits, no staff's insurance

It is the best job for graduates!!!
The good thingsI have 3 main points to state here. One is the salary given to any graduates is affordable and enough to maintain the every day life at the Meru. Two, the accommodation is given. You can either choose to stay with rent house or your own stay. It is your own choice. Three, you got a JOB!!! Haha. It is a very nice place for me and rack all the experience you can get here.
The challenges2 points to state regarding the challenge while working here. One, you need to be independent through your work here. But it is good kind of independent because you can train your judgement in the industry and improve your character. Second, working in the branch site is very unhealthy. I said that because the air is very bad with the sand and dust every time I goes there. But in the main site, it is the best.

Okay for a year, but ultimately frustrating..
The good things- Stress free working environment - Can do tasks at your own pace - Pay fair - Some great people
The challenges- Not provide enough training - Have ISO cert but not really implement it - Very less benefits (bonus, etc) - Have do unrelated tasks which is not in the job scope - less opportunity to learn something new - safety at production area is not their main concern

Maxter Glove, a great place to start for a better future.
The good thingsFriendly workers and staffs. Great co-workers that are multiskills and having a lot of experience. The environment is average as we can see in a lot of industrial based company, but the generosity of the workers made you feel like home. The work here is tiring, would even drench your body full of sweat. But, I have never experienced anything like what this company has offered before in my career.
The challengesFirst thing first, adjusting to the environment. This is my first company to take the role of a Production Staff. Since I have always work in a lab before, I'm having a hard time to fit in. It takes me around 4 weeks to adjust in, that's like 4 times longer than I would need during my lab days. And another thing would be the training. It was not that good, especially if you're still new.
