    A great place for learning.
The good thingsGain lot of great experiences learning from very supportive and friendly technician team and professional engineer. The best experiences during the major inspection or shutdown, free food xD
The challengesFrequent plant shut down. Engineer and technician need to be in stanby mode even during late night. Equipment in workshop should be more neatly arranged.

    Very good platform to learn.
The good thingsManagers are very helpful in the learning process. Work process quite laid back in between turn around period. Colleagues are helpful. Nature of business very good to get into any major industry in the state.
The challengesIf you are looking for pay, its not a very well paying company in the industry. Major shutdowns is a good experience but not good for work life balance; 12 hours a day for a month no weekend is a bad impact. Standby schedules are a pain as you get calls in the middle of the night to solve challenging problems.
