    Overall everything is good with colleagues just a little bit low about salary fair equally with experience, allowances not constantly serving as promised.
    The good thingsEnvironment between departments is good, the bonding and communication with other colleagues is awesome
    The challengesThe working hours is too tights with only 1 day rest day. It's okay but quality time for personal things is limited.
