    The good thingsThe work flow is just nice. A stress free job as long as you do your work properly. An excellent growing company to start with.
    The challengesMake all the long working staff to follow and adapt the new working SOP. Sometimes get contradict and confused instruction, but if your clear enough won't be a big problem.
