We operate in a fast-paced setting where consistency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction are top priorities.
The good thingsAble to gain experience on how opening of F&B shop works. Building good rapport with business owners. Experienced HACCP audit from different F&B settings.
The challengesOne of the biggest challenge would be dealing with tenants to comply the Mall's requirement and maintaining HACCP standards.

Working here can be challenging at times, but those very challenges fuel personal growth, spark innovation, and strengthen the incredible teamwork that defines our company.
The good thingsWorking here has been a masterclass in collaboration, innovation, and integrity. The leadership empowers us to grow, the culture encourages curiosity, and the team spirit makes every challenge feel achievable. Proud to be part of a company that doesn’t just set goals—it exceeds them. The support from colleagues, the trust from leadership, and the shared sense of purpose make every day meaningful. I’ve found not just a career here, but a community
The challengesOne of the biggest challenges is keeping up with the rapid pace of innovation. But that’s also the best part—there’s never a dull moment. Every challenge is a chance to grow, and every project teaches you something new. It’s a place where you’re constantly evolving

A well-managed company that values people, quality, and development.
The good thingsThe leadership is approachable, colleagues are supportive, and the work environment is positive and motivating. The company promotes collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement. Overall, it’s a well-managed and employee-friendly organization that values quality and teamwork.
The challengesOne of the key challenges faced is the occasional lack of full support and cooperation from other departments. This can lead to delays, miscommunication, and reduced efficiency in completing tasks, ultimately affecting overall team productivity and project outcomes. Strengthening interdepartmental collaboration would help address these issues and improve workflow.

Poor Top Management & Stress Worklife balance
The good thingsSurrounded by good co-workers. Executive relied on each other to do work and give positive vibe in the department. Good benefits and high salary.
The challengesThe top management expectation is to high which they expect that all the employees to know every single thing that happen in the company including other department. Also, even the salary is high the increment is not that good as they claim that the increment based on performance. But, they always said that they couldnt justify the employee work and downgrade the perfomance rate. Also, the management does not encourage staff but keep on pushing them to the max which they keep on adding work to the already overload staff.

    Prepare your mental.
The good thingsI had gained a lot of new experiences in Suria KLCC. Working here had taught me in being independent and be more confident.
The challengesI had a poor work/life balance since the company is so picky about hiring new staff or add a new team member. The workload is too much for one person to handle. Apart from that, there are no opportunities for career development.

Great exposure in the well-known mall management
The good thingsCorporate environment & structured management which allows individual growth. A lot opportunities to share thoughts & getting high-level management feedback which enhance individuals knowledge & exposure. Suitable for individuals which is open to career advancement.
The challengesDealing with different culture & profession colleagues/senior managements are challenging when it comes to decision making. However, it's a good exposure in every single meetings which I've attend/lead, it makes individual speaks with great points & of course build our confidence to stay focus whenever we faced any future challenges ahead.
