Great place to learn a lot of things
The good thingsthe environment, friends, and college work best for me. The management takes good care of their employees.
The challengescustomer complaints, customer service skills, you also need a lot of energy as this works based on f&b based.

it was good at first and then it when down hill because all the good people left
The good thingsthe managers are kind enough to teach you the boss is kind enough to listen to you the staffs are kind enough to follow your lead you can respect some managers while you might find a hard time coping with others some managers respect your ideas and yet there are also some that push them away overall you have to learn to adept and if you dont like it you can always leave for a better place
The challengesyou will find some customers fuzzy you will find some are nice If you are good enough you might even make friends with some customers and build your own relation mostly you would have to follow the standard operation procedure meaning sometimes you cant really help a fuzzy customer because of your boundaries overall as long as you have good communication skills you will do just fine
