    Horrible place to be. All fake
    The good thingsNothing much. They do pay a lot for certain roles basic salary. But that’s it, not worth it in the end.
    The challengesFighting with your principles to maintain integrity because there is none over here. No work life balance. Always lies. Fire fighting. Quality is not priority. Very bad place for fresh grad and everyone else as teach you all the wrong things.

    The good thingsWelcoming colleague and superior. Good place to learn environment, safety and health documentation. Training are provided which is a competency. Overtime is given.
    The challengesA startup so basically they are still figuring it out in terms of management style. Cultural difference makes the policies of the company kept on changing. Plus new building so accident and incident are something that can be predicted, although just minor. The pay is quite low compare to its neighbouring factory.
