    To summarize, I gained valuable experience in managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, delivering high-quality customer service in compliance with Sutera Harbour Resort's 5-star standards, solving problems under pressure, and adapting to the demanding environment of luxury hospitality.
    The good thingsWorking as a part-time Call Centre Operator at Sutera Harbour Resort provided me valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional, customer service environment. Through handling diverse guest inquiries and collaborating with different departments on a day-to-day basis, I sharpened my communication skills, as well as enhanced my problem-solving and multitasking abilities. The role also gave me the opportunity to hone my time management, adaptability in different surroundings and situations, while giving me exposure to the luxury hospitality industry - which I loved.
    The challengesThough I was only a part-timer for four months, the role definitely came with its' challenges such as meeting high guest expectations and managing difficult calls, especially during peak hours. Shift work sometimes disrupted work-life balance, and handling repetitive tasks felt monotonous every once in awhile. Additionally, limited authority over certain issues and concerns required strong teamwork to resolve effectively. As an operator, not everything could and should be done alone.

    A good place to gain experience, to muster your confident amd profesionalism.
    The good thingsThe head of department take a good care of their associates. Really helpfull on guiding and training the staff. You can learn to be a profesional person in speaking/writing and communicate with guest confidently. You will be exposed to relationship between customer and order maker internationally daily. Company also provide 2 days offday. The task and work were wider which we have segregted the job by type - There will be specific person in charge for : 1) China Market 2) Aussie Market/Local 3) Japan Market 4) Korean Market 5) Government/Corporate/Agent Market 6) MICE -Group
    The challengesI love my job and the company itself, and I dont think I have such serious challenge. If there is, I think it was just small one which is we have to finish some booking on time while busy to pickup line phone, there is a day where we have less staff and we have a lot of phone calls/to revert inquiry on time while doing online data at the same time.

    A Good Baseline
    The good thingsThe staffs are willing, able bodied people. Keen to sharing experiences and knowledge. The company provided 2 days worth of off days, in return you work 9.5 hours/day. Cafeteria's are always accesible and convenient. Parking lots for staffs are available ( given the time of day but most of the are provided)
    The challengesUsage of dated appliances, the men's restroom/toilet could definitely be improved as at times, it has that urine smell that can never shake off, no proper resting place anymore for those taking split shifts as the restroom aren't allowed to be use to nap.

    The good thingsDuring my 1-year internship at Sutera Harbour Resort, I've got to increase my & skills in providing an excellent services for the guests. Other than that, it also taught how to handle with guest complaint. I've also get to learn very useful tips & advices from the senior staffs regarding working in a hotel industry.
    The challenges• to always maintain the high quality of services provided for the guests in order to fulfill guests's satisfaction throughout their stays at the hotel. • language barriers when handling non-english speaker guests.

We give the best service to customer and customers really like it. Customers give us some tips if we make a good service. I also like the environment in the resort
