    Decent working environment to hone your skills

    The challengesWhen it comes to the big guns, usually there's no proper guideline or workflow, you just have to wing it until you get it right, be prepared for a lot of changes and revision as no one can see eye to eye and discuss what is the right goal/kpi or certain departments.
