Relatively good to work as permanent worker
The good thingsThe colleagues are friendly and helpful. Since it is a small company, it is a good chance to learn more from them. Lunch are provided everyday. The colleagues taught me a lot of things other than things related to my job. I have things to do everyday but at the same time I have time to rest. I was not required to work over time as an intern and my head did not give me tight deadline.
The challengesSometimes the communications between the employees were not so clear which lead to ineffective operations.
