    The good thingsExposed to full spectrum of HR duties. Senior is always willing to teach you whenever you request assistance.
    The challengesHeavy workload and need to multitask. But as a fresh graduate, it’s a great opportunity to gain valuable experience.

    Good company for a beginner to learn. Not for long term career.
    The good thingsNo limitation OT for the office staff. Really good team colleagues. Manager is strict but helpful.
    The challengesHR not really care about the worker. So nobody will fight for your welfare. Sometimes you are forced to work on public holiday. After working hour also need to pay attention to WhatsApp group even production running a single shift.

    Not good company for career growth
    The good thingsFriendly team mate. Less politics among worker.
    The challengesManagement want to control all the things you do even related to personal matter. Very hard to apply leave. Working days is 6 days per week but most of the time need to work on Monday. So work life balance is bad. If you good at something top management not easily listen to you until they see by themselves. HR not pay attention to the worker welfare.

    Overall its not a good company to stay for a long period.
    The good thingsFun colleagues! But high turn over due to pressure from the management. Managment involve and always want to know about your personal life.
    The challengesEverything is under management control. The freedom of idea is not allowed. You just have to follow the instruction eventho its so unfair and silly. Bonus given is based on the relationship between you and the superior not from your kpi.

    The challengesSalary will be paid twice. Every 2 weeks. Management not really take care of your welfare. Sometimes need to work on public and most of time need to work in Sunday. Some of job scope is overload especially the one handle project. Sometimes you have to cover others job scope.
