The good thingsOpportunity to learn and earn in the company. The company is international brand with great exposure on learning for those who would like to start fresh. I was with company for 6 years with start from junior role to managerial role.
The challengesThere is up and down as in sales industry but more support are important to engage with the employee from company.

    Past Experience
The good thingsAs a company, the structure and work flow are good for staff development and learning progress. It is a good company with good exposure especially for individual who wants to progress on with the right career path. Excellent people development and nice office too!
The challengesThis company has too many brands and the each business unit has to perform on its own hence some not so strong brands will not be making good revenue as other bigger brands. Weaker brands portfolio will tend to be the less focus or less prioritise and the staff turnover is also higher compared to the stronger brands.

    Great Work Experience
The good thingsAlthough it's a MNC company, however, the workforce is about 120 only at that time. This has gave me an great opportunity to learn and be a more rounder HR generalist. In the past working experience, I did not have a chance to learn about preparing payroll. Therefore, joining The Swatch Group was really a fruitful experience. I kept learning from each mistake made and I'm a payroll Manager today.
The challengesBecause it's a small company (by workforce size), therefore, we only have 2 HR team members only. Our challenging is to get buy-in from the management if there is any new staff benefit policy to be implemented. And also, we are required to adhere to the global policies. Hence, this limitation to implement new benefits was one of the challenging task during my tenure of service in this Company.
