High turnover shows management issues. Stop overloading juniors, plan properly, and take responsible
The good thingsNone. If you want exposure to juggling multiple tasks under extreme pressure, you’ll get it. You can learn how to survive under constant pressure, but that’s about it.
The challengesManagement in the team is absolutely terrible. The bosses expects everything to be done all at once with zero planning or prioritisation. Senior executives and managers do almost nothing, leaving marketing assistants to carry the full workload. Deadlines are unrealistic, guidance is non-existent, and communication is chaotic. The environment is extremely stressful, with constant last-minute demands and zero support from higher-ups. It feels like junior staffs are running the entire department while management watches. Workload is unrealistic, communication is chaotic, and guidance is non-existent. Junior staffs end up doing the work of the entire department, while management just observes. The environment is toxic, stressful, and exhausting — morale is extremely low!!!!! It's not worth anyone’s time to work here, save yourself the frustration and burnout. Join at your own risk. High turnover is obvious just look at their job postings.

traditional Asia boss culture, not suitable for new Gen worker
The good thingsstaffs mostly are nice, but be careful chairman's family relative staff.
The challengesalways not enough of time to complete task, not because of my skill not good enough, is because they paying 1 staff salary to do multiple department work. not suitable for new gen people, maybe 70/80's people can survive here.

what you do is not equal to your salary
The good thingsEveryday you can face different customer and learning the human behaviour
The challengesManagement will always think that what you do is not equal to your salary, they pay more than expected to you. But the true is the opposite way, staffs work more than their salary, management not satisfied at all. you may think what I said not sure, never mind, is ok for not true me, but by looking on the staff turn over rate can explain everything.

A very bad management style of working. Still in the early 60's period.
The good things10% discount staff price, and only 1 free bread daily.
The challengesRequired to do alot of tasks that is not included in your job scope. Bosses will constantly look through the CCTVs and call up the outlets to lecture you about not keeping the breads tidy or not placing the breads in a "attractive" manner even when you're on shift alone. If the outlet's daily sales does not hit the target, you'll be blamed and scolded.

The good thingscolleagues are friendly, got 10% staff discount when you buy bread from outlet.
The challengesthe official working hour is 8am-5:30pm (including 1 hour lunch). but actual unofficial support time is from 5:00am until 11:00pm (non shift), and staff must answer call /reply text within 10 mins, else you will get complaint, so be prepare shower time, sleeping time, movie time, all the time the support hotline phone and laptop with you.
