So far, the best company I've ever worked at!
The good thingsI'm new here but I've known about Swift since they opened the KL branch, and I have multiple friends and colleagues who worked here for few years. It's a great environment to work at, the company culture is rich and flexible.
The challengesSo many products and services that requires the employees to be able to adapt with the fast-paced environment and nature of work, but at the end of the day it's doable.

    Work life balance
The good thingsFlexibility to work from home for 2 days in a 5 days work week, good work life balance, lots of fun activities in the office, pleasant environment to work if you have a good manager.
The challengesSuper low increments, low retention rate - cannot even match a better offer even with a promotional increments. Limited technical skills to gain too for a software development career.

The challengesYou must perform constantly well in order to stay in the company. Be a good team player, outspoken and know your stuff. Must be proactive and deliver really well. Confidentiality and security are crucial.

Organisation with too high growth, no depth in terms of company knowledge and trust.
The good things- Open-plan office concept - Employees have a strong voice which is listened to by management
The challenges- Upper management not supportive of employees' personal development - Upper management tend to take impulse actions based on hearsay without doing investigation or fact-verification - The organisation has grown too rapidly without regard of knowledge levels, hence very few employees have sufficiently solid foundation/knowledge of company to guide newbies. Unsustainable growth rate.
