    Poor management, unrealistic demands, and weak structure created an unsustainable work environment.
    The good things- Free meal - Petrol allowance provided
    The challengesPoor IT management structure, unclear scope of work, unrealistic deadlines, and lack of proper documentation impacted efficiency and staff morale. Limited guidance for new employees, imbalance between application and infrastructure teams, and excessive cost-cutting decisions compromised quality, leading to a toxic and unsustainable working environment.

    Monitor drivers and assignment. Do the reservations and organized transports or tours for hotel guests and walk in customers. Coordinate with hotel staffs for the expected arrival/departure guests report for tranfer out, pick up arrangement accordingly.
    The good thingsI have a good pr and communications skill as I am customer serviced oriented and i have experienced in hotels and travel industries for many years.
    The challengesBiggest challenged is when communications breakdown and fails to provide the transport for guests.

    The good thingsWorking here is the best experience ever as all the management and staff are so friendly, love to give you guidance, motivation and support during your first day working until you decided to leave the company. Very good working environment and able to ensure a very harmonised relationship among staff and all its management. Had 3 years spending my working time with MISC and its a best moment ever.
    The challengesIf MISC could tolerate with it executive education level to move them up to next level in their career would be more motivation to all its staff. Mostly all Executive level need to have at least Diploma to be promoted but I join them with STPM cert which makes it hard for me to be promoted to Asst Manager / Senior Exec level even I have so many experience in my job.
