Not worth it in the long run.
The good thingsWorking with people from diverse background.
The challengesBad management since the new CEO and poor decision making affecting staff. Micromanaging to the core. High expectation resulting in work burnout and stress. Stay away if you value your mental health.

Good Environment but hard to progress with bad management
The good thingsWorking time for lecturer is flexi-hour from 10.30am to 3.30pm and 8am to 5pm for normal worker. Good environment. Everyone is friendly to each other.
The challengesExpect to work out of your job scope. For example lecturer expected to do marketing during open days and roadshows. Management is bad. Hard to progress.

A very eye opening experience.
The good thingsManagers and supervisors are very encouraging and helpful in tough situations. Guidance is abundance without having too much \"hand-holding\". A family oriented organization and that seeps into their culture. Multi-cultural staffs.
The challengesThe management needs more steady \"backbone\".
