    Challenging but worth the experience gained
    The good thingsThe learning process throughout the project have greatly improve my self development and skills. Seniors are very generous in sharing their knowledge and improving each others. The feeling of satisfaction from accomplishing an achievement or something above our expectation. Additionally, wonderful work colleague,warm environment and strategic office location.
    The challenges-Pay grade quite low (especially for contract basis employees). -Biased and unfair treatment to certain employees.

    The good thingsworking groups, such as families and senior management is very concerned with the discipline and quality of work. Management will provide an opportunity for employees to be promoted to the adventurous.
    The challengesThe most demanding challenge is to ensure the quality of work in the best condition and punctual.Healthy competition among workers that management see our work also becomes a challenge. Hope that they can follow a more professional way as a large company or a listed company

    friend and environment
    The good thingsabout friend is very kind. this is about easy to communicate with friend between other department. and also about parking is so easy and don't have to pay because the workplace is at the housing area(pejabat dalam kawasan taman perumahan). so i think its nice compared to workplace that have to pay the parking everyday right. :-)
    The challengesthis workplace actually is quite ok but one thing i dont like about it is about the salary. even tough i already start working here early 2011 until now, my salary is not hight compared to the new staff. so this is just the reason why i want to try a new company that really appreciate what i have i done.
