    suitable for fresh graduate
    The good thingsboss giving a lot of chance to fresh graduate. Easy to learn company operation. Most colleagues are work more than 5 years. Person work here will train to become more independent and less supervise. Boss more focus on SOP and root cause. Can learn management skill.
    The challengesSenior maybe too busy and no time lead you. Always find solutions by yourself first. Old worker will a bit difficult to deal . Need to listen customer complain. Management skill maybe chanllenge to fresh graduate.
