The challengesNo support and will be blame for others mistake, and need to clean up mess from others as though it's your fault. No growth and staff are treated like general worker being placed here and there to support on other team's task, but no training and credit goes to them if accomplished, they will use you to the max and but no additional value you can gain.
When task is given to you, there is no direction on how it need to complete, management will try to show their superiority and power by keep saying this is wrong (when there is nothing wrong, they didn't even review it before telling you it's wrong) and tell you to change this and that. After changing for n times, it is back to your 1st version, and the version is good because it comes from them.
