Not HappyThe good thingsReally not happy to work here. First, because of salary too low, but work overloaded. Second, public holiday, non executive don't get public holiday like executive. Don't know what the reason, the only reason because of : we're non executive, we're just assistant. But, we do all the work. Did this company think that, all the assistant staff don't do their work?
The challengesA lot of work. Especially in Finance department, we do all work. We need to do overtime everyday. But the manager think that, we just playing around when do overtime work.
Also, cannot be communicate with other department. We do our work, but other department will be blame finance department didn't do their work.
