    The good thingsits good to make this company for your starting career since it puts you as little pressure as it can. wonderful working environment and great friends. if you make a mistake, apologise and try not to repeat the same mistake. there is nothing wrong to admit that you do wrong since nobody is perfect. the bosses here is very encouraging and always make us to be brave and make suggestion to improve the management and working condition. the only bad thing here is the salary. well, you know what i mean. every factory try to cut cost but don't make it stop you. believe me, try to collect every bit of knowledge here to improve your skills.
    The challengessometimes it gets hard just to coordinate between the shipping and production. since there are some product that are not available for the shipping and the production try to keep up the deadline. by i mean the deadline is before the lorry driver depart. then, the stock from production sometimes get messy and unorganized. you need to think fast before the finished goods from production make a mess in your working area. so the ability of critical thinking is very crucial for my job.

    The good thingsAs a merchandiser should be travel. From there can take an experience a soft skill like public relation/communication, solving a different problem and different places, studying a different culture. It's so exciting.

    The good thingsi'm starting from lower management to top management just within 4 years, learn lots of new thing & meet up great people, building massive networking either its a supplier or customer. the company do developed its staff, sending them to various courses each year and always revise their KPI. so we say its to achieve win-win situation. the best things is, almost every Friday we have a dept BBQ.
    The challengesthe challenges.. for me is dealing with customer complaint. whether it is legitimate or not, the customer is always rite. either ways we must dealt it with utmost enthusiast to clear the problem.and when setting up new system, not all people have the same level of knowledge or the know how to execute the system, thus teaching them sometime like we were acting in an action movie kinda situation.
