    The good thingsThe managing director always listening and getting concern on employees need or request. Will try his very best to fulfill to the level the company could. I missed the monthly breakfast gathering, annual dinner, & etc.!
    The challengesIt is challenging on getting project done with limited budget (allowances) within company, but during my time, I treat it as a training ground.
