Not recommended for those who value their time and effort.
    The good thingsGaining new experiences.
The challengesHOD uses passive aggressive and combative language to make employees feel devalued and unappreciated. Attempts to convince employees that receiving training and guidance from colleagues are 'privileges'. Workload does not match salary.
