    The good thingsA happy journey for me and the people surrounding. Management family are kind and thoughtful, superior gave good guidance and advices, colleagues in my team are friendly. These’re one of the reasons I stayed for so long. Everyone has same opportunity and chances to perform, continuously doing good job can get good rewards, they gave quite good bonus for top performers.
    The challengesYou need to be fast and adaptability is key point. Sometimes can be quite stressful when running project, need to plan time well and discuss more with superior. Workplace is super clean and tidy, maybe a bit too strict on cleanliness.

    The good thingsCompany give very good salary raise for performance. My case almost 30% increment once I can handle my job well and perform . management willing to teach from zero although I dont has that knowledge and experiences. Happy and good to be here.

    Not a suitable company for career development especially if you're a degree holder.
    The good thingsThis company taught me to have a lot of patience, from top management to customers.
    The challengesThe challenging part is when you have to communicate with foreign workers. Other than that, the bosses and family supervise staff by looking at CCTV footage for almost every hour since the CCTV monitor is just in front of their workspace. This is not good company culture.

    The good thingsExisting staff and leader are supportive. Leader was friendly and helpful.
    The challengesThe boss and family micromanaged every staff, looking at the CCTV footage every second and going back and forth behind staff just to see what staff were doing. Sometimes do the Guard job and cleaning.
