    The good thingsYou have a big community of teammates where you may find them useful during the time in need. There were time where you found yourself down because of work but when you made friends with others then you found that your problem is manageable and can be solved.
    The challengesThe management, and the Person-In-Charge (P.I.C) are quite difficult to be followed as sometimes they put yourself more into trouble. What they expect is only you can and just you to settled the mess which you shouldn't be into since the first start. The management point at P.I.C and later you will be blamed.

    The good thingsExpose me to the work inside and outside, meaning both site works and office works. Teach me how to manage the works properly and also the sub-contractor and personnel under me. Send staff for training to work out their knowledge and skill of the works.
    The challengesVery hard to understand the client need because of the high expectation for the project itself. With the high expectation and also the specification need to be follows strictly, the work may be a little to slow but can be manage with a good team and also with a good planning.
