    The good thingsThe good experience working in Prasarana is we could involve in technical design of facilities for the public usage. The understanding of public commuters movement would reflect the criteria of the technical design. On Mechanical & Electrical services, the design concept should support the Rail & Bus operators requirement which will refine the design that suite the Public Transportation needs.
    The challengesBeing M&E designers, Prasarana allocated the team as shared services throughout the company. It would be improved should the team is bigger in manpower. Experience of working in small group of people in order to serve the whole company was great, but it took a lot of effort resulting level of dissatisfaction & frustration increased as time passed by.

    The good things1. Plenty of activities (work related and club activities). 2. Able to learn new things. 3. Niche market, therefore you are the experts in some related fields. 4. Good Company branding. 5. Makes you feels like you contributes toward the nation.
    The challenges1. Niche market 2. Hard to find candidates with relevant experience 3. Sensitivity; any wrong drive will result in the operation of the Klang Valley public transport system. 4. Issues with Unionised Unit. 5. Career development only focus on certain group of people.

    The challengesI do not have a basis in technical fields, especially in the field of construction, but in SPNB I have to compete with staff who have basic and even advanced in the construction sector to build sustainable careers and viable. The SPNB I've learned from traveling under various constraints and future expectations
