    The challengesShould have provide more career enhancement training for IT staff. Should have included IT staff in the company team building programs. Add and re adjust shift and standby allowance to IT staff. Any company with a 24hrs working IT operations should have better remuneration package.

    The challengesI’m a new staff and it is hard for me to understand so many general products, process an procedure which is different from each department. However,with the assistance from supervisor and other colleagues, it really help me to improve my knowledge everyday and I’m happy where I’m right now

    Something is wrong with the way they manage everything.
    The good thingsThe only good thing I can think of is b cause i have friends who support me, other than that, more like day to day basis, work and get paid.
    The challengesInsurance company that doesn't give much benefit to staff, calculative and always find your faults. HR will always check on this and that especially before they pay bonus.

    The good thingsProper benefits such as medical and insurance coverage, company makes sure the health of employee are well taken off. While other benefits like staff purchase of insurance discounts. Culturally diverse, don't expect 1 race majority company but a balanced mix of employees from different races.
    The challengesUnrealistic targets, low job security (perform of go), micromanagement, lack of public knowledge, too many thing to be approved by single individual, lack of employee engagement budgets, lack of systematic handling staff learning and development path.

    The good thingsGood workplace for a Muslim. Working environment very comfortable. HR department very efficient. Job expectation in the company can consider moderate. Lots of the system are build in-house. Vendors only maintain a few existing system. The a lot of parking space around the building as low as RM5. Quite a lots of eating place around. But don't expect a fancy restaurant.
    The challengesThe team spirit among co-worker was not there. The management rarely organizing any team-building event. The race in IT Department was not balance, dominate by one race only. Not very enjoyable when you don't have friend of your own races to lunch. The not much information when I first join the company. The senior also not very helpful.

    The good thingsI had a very good working experience at Takaful Malaysia. Joining as fresh graduates, I have been given plenty of time to familiarise myself with the nature of the work that I will be doing, which is great. the pace is just nice for me to learn and implement. the management has been very supportive and career progression is assured as long as you meet your expectations. Awesome
    The challengesBeing in a fund management industry, the small fund size can be a challenge. Can be quite conservative, being in an Islamic insurance industry, which might not suit for everyone.
