The challengesThe work evironment was incredibily frustrating and the company is lacked with a solid foundation in both management and communication.
The leadership is discorganised and unapproachable, no clear direction and expectations, making it difficut to understand what was needed. No appreciation of staff by the company, appraisal is not based on performance but to the staff they like only. EPF contribution not paid up to date. No benefits, no increament, no bonus, no annual dinner, no company trip, poor management, poor system. Long working hours. Meetings frequently conducted for more than 3 - 4 hours with no solutions. Workload to be shared among staffs after a staff left with no new replacement.
