    Sick company with no work life balance

    The challengesThe work evironment was incredibily frustrating and the company is lacked with a solid foundation in both management and communication. The leadership is discorganised and unapproachable, no clear direction and expectations, making it difficut to understand what was needed. No appreciation of staff by the company, appraisal is not based on performance but to the staff they like only. EPF contribution not paid up to date. No benefits, no increament, no bonus, no annual dinner, no company trip, poor management, poor system. Long working hours. Meetings frequently conducted for more than 3 - 4 hours with no solutions. Workload to be shared among staffs after a staff left with no new replacement.

    Staff are not valued by the company
    The good thingsGood opportunities for career development & can gain a lot of experience & knowledge. Good working environment, helpful & good colleagues.
    The challengesStaff are not valued by the company. Poor management of the company & no system in the company even it is 'BERHAD' & 'ISO' company. No filing system. Top management did not appreciate their staff. No benefit. Bonus are prorated for staff with less than 3 years working with the company. Bonus given only 1 month. Family related business. Top management always scold staff in front of subcon.
